St. Rose of Lima is committed to caring for parishioners who are unable to attend Mass because of illness, advanced age, recovery, or being homebound. Holy Communion can be brought to the home or care facility so that members of our parish family may remain united with Christ in the Eucharist and with the worshipping community.

Please note: Submitting this form begins the request process and does not schedule a Communion visit. A member of the St. Rose of Lima parish team will review your request and contact you regarding the next steps.
