Welcome to Faith Formation at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. We partner with parents and families to help children and adults encounter Jesus Christ, grow in their Catholic faith, and prepare to receive the Sacraments.

Whether your family is beginning sacramental preparation, continuing formation, or entering the Catholic Church, we're here to help you find the right path.
CONFIRMATION
For youth who have already been baptized and have recieved their First Holy Communion and now need to prepare to recieve the Sacrament of Confirmation and deepen their relationship with Christ and His Church.
FIRST COMMUNION
For Children preparing to recieve the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
OCIA FOR CHILDREN & TEENS
For Children and teens ages 7-17 who need Baptism or other Sacraments of Christian Initiation.
OCIA FOR ADULTS
For adults 18+ who are interested in becoming Catholic or completeing their Sacraments of Christian Initiation.

REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2026–2027 Faith Formation year is now open. Families can complete registration online through our Faith Formation registration system.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED
Depending on the program, families may be asked to provide copies of sacramental records, including Baptism and First Communion certificates. Additional documentation may be requested during registration.
CLASSES & SCHEDULE
Class schedules and important dates for the 2026–2027 Faith Formation year will be provided to registered families. Please check this page regularly for updates.
